Enough is enough!

Well, just like every sunday before it, yesterday I told myself that I was sick and tired of being fat and lazy and I was going to get up this morning (monday) and start working out (again). But, unlike the past few months worth of Mondays, I did get up early this morning... and guess what, not only did I get up early, I actually got up and worked out! HAHAHA! Can you believe it? I did it! The first day of the rest of my life. Well, the first day of the next few months of my life, really. My goal is losing at least 25 lbs. (I'm definitley NOT going to tell you my starting weight) and losing as many inches from my waist as possible (What am I starting at you ask?! HA - I'm not even gonna go there). So, the point of my story is: keep me going! I'll need all the help I can get. So, when you see me (or talk to me) next, ask me how I am doing. The worst part of working out is actually getting up to do it. Once I'm there in the action it feels great! When I loose the weight, I am going to keep up the running to maintain the weight loss, but all this HARD work is out ;) I mean, I'm all for being healthy - but let's not go crazy here.

P.S. Anyone want to join me and be "work-out" buddies? :)

Hey, check out www.sparkpeople.com. They have got some great ways to track your progress. It is kind of a workout for dummies situation so you can use it to plan your workouts and meals or you can just use to to track your progress. It was very motivating for me to see my progress. And the best part... It's Free!

It's also the last day of some of your life.

Hey girl! I'm so proud of you!! I know the procrastination of exercising is so easy for us SAHM's. But the feeling we get when we finally get out butts in to gear is so rewarding! To bad you're not signed up with World Gym...you could be my workout buddy. I go spinning about twice a week and sometimes to a weights class. If you ever do get the urge to sign up, let me know! I'd love to have the company!
